- Consulting, sales and professional service of wine and sparkling wine
- Conception and realization of wine tastings for our guests
- Design of the international wine list including wine purchasing
- Cellar organization and inventory
- Accompaniment and support of our young sommelier
- Further education and promotion of our service team as well as training through courses and trainings
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Experience as a sommelier
- You are able to create your own multi-course pairings in collaboration with the head chef
- Excellent knowledge of wine and sparkling wine as well as coffee, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Storytelling - you can bring the stories about the wines to the guest & staff
- High quality awareness
- You are conscientious, detail and customer oriented
- You have the host gene
