• Design of the international wine list including wine purchasing
• Cellar organization and inventory
• Accompaniment and support of our young sommelier
• Further education and promotion of our service team as well as training through courses and trainings

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Experience as a sommelier
• You are able to create your own multi-course pairings in collaboration with the head chef
• Excellent knowledge of wine and sparkling wine as well as coffee, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
• Storytelling - you can bring the stories about the wines to the guest & staff
• High quality awareness
• You are conscientious, detail and customer oriented
