You can move into your room from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

You are also welcome to arrange a late check-out for an additional charge. Please ask about capacities at our reception.

Your room will be cleaned automatically every day. However, we pay more attention to the environment and give you the opportunity to support us a little. In your room you will find a small sack to hang up, with which you can inform us that you would like to forego cleaning the rooms today. In this way we conserve resources, and we send you a small “thank-you”-gift.

All rooms and suites (except our Cosy Fuchsbau bedrooms) have a minibar. Upon arrival, these are stocked with a small bottle of mineral water and a small bottle of apple juice. These are free of charge for you to welcome.

The following pillows are available to you in our house on request. If you let us know in advance of your arrival, we will set up your room accordingly.

Our hotel is generally barrier-free and has a total of three wheelchair-accessible Landstil rooms. One of these is located directly on the ground floor, the other rooms can easily be reached using the elevator. We also have two disabled-accessible Landidyllchen rooms on the ground floor with grab bars in the bathroom and a walk-in shower. All of our restaurant areas are on the ground floor and have a wheelchair-accessible toilet. Our entire outdoor dining area is also accessible to wheelchair users.

In our Livingroom SPA, another elevator in the living room, bathroom and wellness garden (partial area) ensures accessibility. Our sauna interior is barrier-free accessible except for our steam sauna. The outdoor area (sauna garden) is not barrier-free.

120 parking spaces are available directly at the hotel free of charge. We have also set up 6 marked e-charging parking spaces for you.

In our parking lot directly at the hotel we have 6 charging stations for you. You are welcome to use these marked parking spaces during the charging process.

Our free ROSE Black Lava rental bikes are available for you to explore the beautiful Lower Rhine. You also have the option of booking various bikes, from mountain bikes to e-bikes, for your stay with us. You can easily select the bikes via our booking route during the booking process.

In our back yard, which is closed by a gate, we have a carport with fixed bike racks. There you have the opportunity to park your bikes in the dry.

As a guest of the house, you will receive a voucher with a 20% discount on the green fee at the nearby Weselerwald Golf Club.

On arrival you will find a wellness bag in your room, equipped with a cuddly soft bathrobe, a shower towel and a pair of slippers. If the sizes do not fit, you can exchange them in advance at the SPA reception and receive additional shower or sauna towels for your stay in the Livingroom SPA.

We have an indoor and a year-round heated outdoor pool in the wellness garden and a heated textile-free natural pool in the sauna garden. Both pools in the wellness garden are 1.35 meters deep and between 28C° and 29 C° warm. We ask you to wear swimwear in both pools and also in our whirlpool in the wellness garden and to shower off before use. The natural pool (textile-free) in the sauna garden is 1.35 deep and 25C° warm.

The Livingroom SPA is a place of rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that the Livingroom SPA is only reserved for young people aged 14 and over.

We ask you to refrain from holding stag parties in the classic sense in our house. Due to negative experiences in the past, we no longer want to realize this.
