4:00 – 6:00 p.m.: Gentle Hatha Flow – simple yoga exercises, breathing techniques, and gentle movements to help you arrive, feel good, and relax.
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together to end the day on a cozy note.
Day 2 – Energy & Mindfulness
8:00 – 9:30 a.m.: Invigorating Vinyasa Flow – easy sequences that promote strength, flexibility, and balance without overtaxing you.
Followed by breakfast and time to use the Voshövel SPA.
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Pranayama & meditation – simple breathing exercises and guided meditations for inner peace and serenity.
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Gentle Yin Yoga – stretching and relaxing poses that are particularly suitable for relaxation and stress relief.
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together to end the day on a cozy note.
Day 3 – Strengthening & Conclusion
8:00 – 9:30 a.m.: Vinyasa Flow & Kundalini Yoga light – mindful asanas and breathing exercises to activate energy and well-being.
Followed by breakfast and the opportunity to enjoy the Voshövel SPA once again.
Optional at 12:00 p.m.: Closing circle – a shared moment of reflection, gratitude, and closure.
